Day 01 : Arrive Mumbai

On arrival, you will be met by our representative & transferred to hotel
for overnight stay.
Day 02 : Mumbai
After breakfast, morning cruise across the harbour (9 kms) to see Elephanta
Caves noted for its huge rock cuts. Afternoon tour of Mumbai city. Main
attractions are Kamla Nehru Park, Hanging Gardens situated on the slopes of
Malabar Hill offering a panoramic view of Marine drive, Chowpatty Beach,
Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India & drive through the Crawford
Market, Marine Drive & Flora Fountain. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 03 : Mumbai - Bhuj
Morning transfer to Airport for flight to Bhuj - Gateway of Kuchch. Bhuj is
an ideal starting point to visit the Rann of Kutch, the natural reserve.
Although hit by a massive earthquake in 1991 and devastating the region,
Bhuj has regained considerably and is still on the tourist's itinerary. The
history of Bhuj shows that it was an independent princely state till it was
integrated into the Indian Union in 1947. Upon arrival transfer to the
hotel. Later visit Kach Museum and Palace of Rao Pragmalji's. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 04 : Bhuj
After breakfast, full day excursion to Villages. Visit villages around Bhuj
known for their distinctive styles of embroidery and other handiwork like
weaving, block-printing, rogan-painting, etc. Overnight at Bhuj.
Day 05 : Bhuj

After
breakfast, full day excursion to Villages & Mandvi. Drive to Mandvi, 60
kms and 01 hrs drive, which is a tie-and-dye centre, and stay in a/c tented
comfort of the royal resort by the private beach in the palace estate. Visit
the dhow-building yard to see ocean-worthy vessels being hand-built. Then
back to Bhuj. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 : Bhuj - Gondal
After breakfast, drive to Gondal, 275 kms and 05 hrs drive. Enroute
visiting Dhamadka. Gondal is situated in the State of Gujarat around 60 km
from the district headquarter of Junagadh. The Jadeja Rajput clan, till the
independence of India, ruled Gondal. Gondal has much to offer by way of
sightseeing to the visitors. Gondal is a paradise for birdwatchers,
sunbirds, peafowl, tree pies, bee-eaters and other birds and owlets, water
hen, herons, brahmini kites and vultures can be seen from the riverside
palace which is located at the edge of the Gondali River. Upon arrival
transfer to Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 : Gondal - Sasangir
After breakfast, drive to Sasangir, 130 kms and 03 hrs drive, the forest,
which is Habitat of the last of Asiatic Lions, Junagadh. If you wanted to
see lions in India, you have to come to Sasangir. Here in the rugged hilly
terrains of Gujarat, the King of Beasts prowl through the dense deciduous
forests and crisscrossing streams. Apart from the lions, there are myriad
other birds and animals in the sanctuary. On arrival check in into hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 08 : Sasangir
After breakfast, enjoy the jeep Safaris in the morning and evening.

Day 09 : Sasan - Diu
Morning drive to Diu via Somnath, 170 kms and 04 hrs drive. A Portuguese
colony like Goa, Diu is an off - shore island on the western coast, off the
Gulf of Cambay. The coast has limestone cliffs, rocky coves and sandy
beaches, the best of which are at Nagoa. A massive fort built by the
Portuguese dominates the skyline. On arrival check in into hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 10 : Diu
Full day is free for leisure at the beach. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 : Diu - Bhavnagar
Morning drive to Bhavnagar, 200 kms and 02 hrs drive. A modern port town
endowed with excellent natural surroundings. The port built in 1723. On
arrival check into hotel. Afternoon free to relax. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 : Bhavnagar - Uteliya
Morning drive to Uteliya via Palitana, 230 kms and 05 hrs drive. On arrival
check in into hotel. At the eastern entrance to Saurashtra from Gujarat, The
Palace Utelia offers accommodation in a turn of the century building, se in
the heart of an ethnic village of the Bhal Plains. Uthelia is convenient for
visits to Lothal's archaeological site. Afternoon city tour. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 13 : Uteliya - Zainabad
After breakfast, drive to Zainabad enroute visiting Lothal, 130 hrs and 03
hrs drive. Zainabad is the ideal base, for a trip into the Rann of Kutch. A
geographically unique landform, the Asiatic Wild Ass (Gudkhur), roams free
here, in one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries, in India. The handsome
chestnut brown and white Wild Ass, found nowhere else in the world is the
most important animal of the Little Rann. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel
for overnight stay.
Day 14 : Zainabad - Baroda
After breakfast, proceed for half-day city tour then drive to Baroda, 230
kms and 05 hrs drive. On arrival check in into hotel for overnight stay.
Day 15 : Baroda
After breakfast, excursion to Chotta - Udaipur, One of India's most
picturesque tribal regions, Chotta Udaipur has a number of hamlets of the
Bhils, Ratwas and other tribals, and handicrafts like pottery, arrow
crafting, bow making, pithora wall paintings etc. Back to Baroda. Overnight
at hotel.
Day 16 : Baroda - Ahmedabad

Morning
drive to Ahmedabad, 130 kms and 03 hrs drive. On arrival check in into
hotel. Later proceed to the city tour of Ahmedabad visiting The most
convenient entry point into Gujarat is through the metropolis of Ahmedabad.
Also known as the "Manchester of India'", the city is a busy
textile centre. Old Ahmedabad has mosques with inspired workmanship, wooden
Jain temples, unique stone stepwells and houses with ornately carved wooden
balconies and window screens. Modern Ahmedabad, just across the River
Sabarmati, is a showpiece of contemporary architecture, with designs by Le
Corbusier, Louis Kahn and India's best architects. Ahmedabad is a convenient
base for a number of excursions. Overnight at Ahmedabad.
Day 17 : Ahmedabad
Morning full day excursion to Modhera & Patan, 300 kms and 06 hrs. The
sun Temple of Modera is one of the finest example of Indian temple
architecture of its period. Built in 1026 A.D. the temple is dedicated to
the Sun Goa, Surya and stands high on a plinth overlooking a deep stone-
steeped tank. Every inch of the edifice, both inside and outside is
magnificently carved with Gods and Goddesses, birds, beasts and flower. 73
Kms from Balaram. Patan has over 100 beautifully carved Jain temples &
many attractive traditional carved wooden houses. It is the centre for fine
textiles particularly silk patola sarees produced by the characteristic
'ikat' technique. Back to Ahmedabad. Overnight at hotel.
Day 18 : Ahmedabad - Mumbai
Morning transfer to Airport for flight to Mumbai. On arrival transfer to
International Airport for flight back home.
